  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chopped broccoli
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • ½ tspn salt
  • ½ tspn pepper
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups low fat parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 cup cooking wine (lemon flavor)
  • 2 tbsp corn starch

Preparation :

  • Mix chopped broccoli, salt, pepper, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and mix well.
  • Bring on the chicken breasts and cut pocket in them so to stuff the mixed ingredients in it.

  • Place your chicken fillets on the baking dish and spread bread crumbs on it.
