  • Take 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, the amount of asparagus for 1 serving, 1-2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp onion, 1 tsp water, 1 tsp parsley, salt & pepper to taste & some Tabasco (optional).
  •  Heat pan over medium heat. Remove the ends of the asparagus & break each into 3-4 pieces. Add to the pan with garlic & sauté till tender. Preheat an oven to 400 Celsius. In a mixing bowl add eggs & water; add asparagus, minced onion, parsley, salt & pepper. Pour egg mix into baking dish & cook for approx 15 minutes. Dot with Tabasco & serve.
