  • This recipe makes a larger quantity of HCG Chicken broth that can be used to serve 6 people or can be frozen for later use.
  • 21oz of skinned & cubed chicken breast, 10 cups of water, ¼ tsp sea salt or use celery salt, ¼ tsp grated garlic, ¼ tsp grated onion, ¼ tsp poultry seasoning approved by HCG, 1 bay leaf, rosemary/thyme.
  • Combine all the ingredients & bring to a boil, continue to cook on a low flame till the chicken is cooked.
