HCG Onion Soup
TweetThe HCG diet plan originally worked out by Dr Simeon’s in the 1950’s is for the most part almost exact even today. Very little has changed in the protocol as the doctor had spent years in researching the properties of the hormone & the effects of various foods in combination with the HCG hormone. He listed out certain fruits, vegetables & products that were permitted & those that were prohibited. Dr Simeon’s carefully checked the calorie count of each & worked out the diet plan which required a strict limited calorie intake in one of the diet stages in order for the HCG to work on the stored fats. Many foods that also have low calories are not part of the diet plan as the chemical composition of foods is different and react differently. The internet is full of sites where a dieter can get HCG approved recipes & tips on interesting meals within the limits of the HCG diet.
