Ingredients :
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package quick-rising yeast
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cup water

Directions :
- Pulse flour, salt, yeast and sugar in a food processor until properly mixed.
- Heat the oil and water in a small saucepan in the microwave to between 120 and 130°F. With the processor on, gradually pour the warm liquid through the feed tube. Process the mixture until the dough forms a ball, then process for 1 minute to knead.
- Place the dough to a lightly floured surface. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 to 15 minute.
