Mushroom & Paneer Kabab is very delicious recipe. Rich in protein, the recipe can boost your energy level during the HCG period. Easy to cook, the recipe is a healthy one for lunch and dinner.
How To Make Mushroom & Paneer Kabab

Ingredients:
- 200g – Paneer
- 10 button mushrooms
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 – onions
- 1 large capsicum
- 2 green chillies
- 1 inch ginger
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp – honey
- 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp – chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp – chat masala
- 1/2 tsp – garam masala
- 1 tsp – lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp – lemon

Direction :
- Cut paneer into one inch cubes.
- Slice the onion into one inch size pieces.
- Deseed and cut capsicum into 1 inch size pieces.
- Clean the mushrooms.
- Chop the green chillies, and grind together properly with ginger and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix honey, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, salt and chat masala.
- Marinate paneer, tomatoes, mushrooms, capsicum and onion in the mixture for at least for one hour.
- Skewer these marinated pieces for about 15 mins in a preheated oven at 180 C.
