What you will need

  • A pasta strainer
  • A microwave
  • A stove
  • A microwaveable bowl
  • Soup mix or bullion cubes
  • Cut-up raw vegetables
  • Pasta sauce, such as tomato sauce
  • Cooked meat of some sort
  • A shredder
  • Salad dressing
  • Shredded cheese or cottage cheese
  • A pot of water to boil
  • Spices

Preparation :

  • Place the noodles inside the pasta strainer and rinse them carefully.
  • Prepare a soup by adding bullion cubes with water, cut-up vegetables, cooked meat etc. Put in the noodles into the soup and simmer for about half an hour. The noodle will absorb the flavor of the soup.
  • Put the noodles in a bowl and mix with a pasta sauce of your choice. Put the mixture in the microwave for at least five minutes or until it is steaming. Add spices, such as oregano, for a flavor kick and mix well.
  • Bake shirataki noodles with layers of tomato sauce spread evenly, shredded cheese or cottage cheese and spices.
