Though the recipe takes time for preparation, it’s not so tough. The ingredients are available easily.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth
- 1-2Tbsp of garlic powder, onion powder
- 1.5lbs chicken breast, fat trimmed
- 1tsp turmeric
- 1 bunch of leaf lettuce, washed and cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cucumber diced
- 3 Tbsp salsa
- drizzle of vinaigrette

Directions :
- Cook chicken with chicken broth and seasonings in slow cooker for 3 hours on high in such a way that these can be flaked easily when done.
- Divide into portions, 4 servings per pound of chicken.
- Put lettuce in bowls to make same amount of servings as chicken. Add cucumber, salsa and drizzle vinaigrette over.
