Turkey burger is a great breakfast recipe. It takes little time to prepare. The ingredients used in this turkey burger are really low in fat. How To Make Low Calorie Turkey Burgers

Ingredients :

  • Turkey meat, minced
  • 1 tspn low calorie oil
  • 1 cup low fat cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp of grated garlic, cumin seed, fennel and black pepper
  • 2 lettuces
  • Onion springs
  • 1 tbsp Mint paste

Directions :

  • In a big bowl, mix the minced turkey lean meat with low fat cream.
  • Now, add all the chopped ingredients and grated spices you have into the turkey batter. Use your hand to mix all the ingredients.
  • Wet your hands and take some turkey batter to make it round shaped like a small pancake.
  • Heat a flat frying pan with 1 tspn of low calorie oil in it.
  • Place your turkey batter and cook for some minute. Do not turn the cooking side frequently. Gently change the cooking side of the batter only when you see that the side is completely cooked.
  • Now take the breads and place the lettuces and spring onion over them. Place your turkey batter in between the breads and your burger is now ready to serve.
  • You can garnish with mint paste.
